MSD Animal Health UK and Ireland welcomes new General Manager Helene Lanz
MILTON KEYNES, U.K., 7th August, 2024 – MSD Animal Health, a division of Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, N.J., USA (NYSE:MRK), is pleased to announce that Helene Lanz has taken on the role of General Manager for MSD Animal Health UK and Ireland.
Helene brings over 20 years of valuable managerial experience from various roles within MSD’s human and animal health divisions and from across different geographies, including Venezuela, Columbia and Spain. She most recently held the post of MSD Animal Health’s Managing Executive Director for the Iberia region, which she grew to become one of MSD Animal Health’s highest performing markets in the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EURAM) region.

Helene succeeds Jan Moehlenbrock in the post, who after seven successful years at the helm of the UK and Ireland business, has taken up the role of EURAM Commercial Operations Lead within MSD Animal Health.

Helene is a graduate from the Universidad Central da Venezuela with a degree in Bioanalysis and has an MBA in Leadership and Human Potential Development.
